Übernahme der Aktiven und Passiven der TOBA Schriften AG Oberland (CHE-110.169.061), in Tentlingen, gemäss Fusionsvertrag vom 16.12.2021 und Bilanz per 30.06.2021. Aktiven von CHF 252'924.42 und Passiven (Fremdkapital) von CHF 12'277.50 gehen auf die übernehmende Gesellschaft über. Die Aktionärin der übertragenden Gesellschaft erhält 150 Aktien zu CHF 1'000. Das Aktienkapital wird infolge Fusion um CHF 150'000 erhöht.
