Die Stiftung bezweckt die Erstellung und den Betrieb eines gemeinnützigen Jugend- und Kulturzentrums in Zürich-Rehalp. Das Jugend- und Kulturzentrum soll Plattform und Möglichkeiten bieten für kulturellen Austausch; Kurse im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung; Freizeitgestaltung für Kinder und Jugendliche; soziale und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen zur Förderung des Zusammenhaltes unter seinen Benützern. Nebst der Erstellung und dem Betrieb der Zentren bezweckt die Stiftung die Förderung der jüdischen Tradition und deren Verbreitung. Hierbei sollen Normen und Werte vermittelt werden, die das Zusammenleben in einer multikulturellen Gesellschaft fördern. Die Stiftung kann sämtliche Aktivitäten entwickeln, die der Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes förderlich sind, namentlich auch Erwerb und Verwaltung von Liegenschaften, Erteilung von Leistungsaufträgen und Anstellung von Personal. Die Stiftung kann finanzielle Unterstützungen an Minderbemittelte und an wohltätige Institutionen gewähren. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
