L'entier de la population résidente et de passage de la région du Pays-d'Enhaut bénéficie des prestations de la Fondation, indépendamment du sexe, de la nationalité, de la race, des convictions religieuses, philosophiques ou politiques ou de l'orientation sexuelle. la Fondation pourra continuer d'offrir aux résidents qui le souhaitent un accompagnement spirituel fondé sur la tradition chrétienne.
