Er bedient sich wissenschaftlicher Methoden, um seine Ziele möglichst kosteneffektiv zu erreichen. Er ist im In- und Ausland tätig. Der Verein verfolgt kein kommerzielles Interesse und ist nicht gewinnorientiert.
