Dans ce cas elle rendra publique tout nouveau domaine d'intervention. La Fondation favorise accessoirement des initiatives hors du commun et des personnes ayant démontré leur capacité en matière de réponses courageuses et innovatrices par rapport à une cause d'utilité publique. La Fondation agit seule ou en collaboration avec d'autres organisations poursuivants des buts similaires. La Fondation réalise ses objectifs notamment en soutenant financièrement des actions dans les domaines indiqués ci-dessus, en les encourageant de toute autre manière et au besoin, par des participations actives. L'autorité compétente pourra modifier sur requête du fondateur le but de la Fondation, conformément aux dispositions du Code civil.
