Destinatäre der Stiftungsleistungen sollen neben Kindern und Jugendlichen auch Erwachsene sein, die wegen Umstrukturierungen sich beruflich neu orientieren müssen. Vorzugsweise sind Personen zu berücksichtigen, die sich legal in der Schweiz aufhalten. Es können auch im Ausland lebende Nachkommen von Schweizer Bürgern berücksichtigt werden. Den Destinatären soll durch Beihilfe der Stiftung ermöglicht werden, sich trotz persönlichen Problemen oder Benachteiligung durch eigene sinnerfüllte Berufsbetätigung in ihrem Leben zu behaupten. Ausgeschlossen sind Beihilfen zur Ausbildung in blossen Liebhabereien.
